New here i built my smoker out of cedar wood i found at a house i was flipping! I had a dream one night about it and the next day it was built i think it is a very cool peice. Didnt know how the wood would react while smoking but so far so good I even used a wood stove for my fire box to smoke and and gas for constant heat it will stay within 5 degrees of what i need it to be. And yes i figured it would catch on fire but it is lined with fire block and very safe. I even put a water pan in to help keep food moist . Its great never seen one like it befor i built this one. I think i may build more my friend wants one now. Name is Anthony and its nice to meet you all. And hope to hear some feed back on the smoker!
Thanks oldskool:grilling_smilie:
