Just wanted to say hi from northern Alberta, new to the group and to smoking. Just picked up a Traeger Texas pro elite. Have only tried the 3-2-1 ribs so far but they turned out great. A buddy got one at the same time and he's
Made some good stuff already, chicken , goose jerky and salmon. Has anyone got much experience smoking bison, we raise them and I'd like to try a brisket or another cut. Have a great day, Darcy
