In the process of trying to open a restaurant. Yeah, I know, glutton for punishment. But I am looking at different options for smokers to use. Since I don't have a ton of $$$ to start, I am looking to get a smoker in the $10k range. I can spend a little more, but I don't want to go much over $13k. Well, really my wife won't let me. I'll be honest.
So, I've been looking at the Southern Pride SRG400, the Cadillac Cookers Commercial, the Ole Hickory CTO-DW and toying around with the Nolen Custom Smokers. I've also toyed with the Southern Pride 300, gave Bewley and Oyler some thought (way out of my price range) and this is what I'm down to.
I've considered going with a Lang 84, but that is a whole different type of commitment. I would like to be able to sleep at some point in life.
Any comments, considerations, anything like that you have? Thanks in advance.
