Hello All,

This is my first RF Smoker build. I used this site as a valuable resource for information.

A great big thanks to all those that post good questions and to the Awesome answers from the members.

I started this project in May of this year and am just about done.

Here is the start...................

Two 420lb propane tanks.

Lots of pictures :)

Post any issues you resolve along the way. Hopefully you can show it in action since your almost done

R290,

The last pictures are of the initial run....................

I ran it with no food for a couple of hours to get the feal of it.

Came up to 225 F in about 30 mins..........got a little hotter until

I closed air intakes a bit to slow it down.

I cooked chicken legs for about 3.5 hours at a steady 220 - 225 .

Chicken was perfect, soooooo good I forgot to take a picture.

Looking forward to an all day pork and beef rib cook.

Looks to be a reverse flow. Got a pic of the tuning plates or how you did the RF.
