So I'm new here. I live in Huntington Beach, CA. 26 years old. Male (not sure if that was needed). Pretty new to smoking. My family had been doing it for years, but stopped when lives got busy. I inherited our old smoker, a meco two level smoker, and have been loving it.
Tried a few different things...whole chickens, bacon, brussels sprouts, asparagus, pizza, and a strip steak. I'm looking to expand my horizons and perfect the craft. Glad to be here, and if you are near where I am let me know!
