I've been a member here since 02/14, but only recently felt guilty enough to post this in Roll Call. I can say that I have abused Gary S with numerous requests for tips via PM, and printed so many of Chef JimmyJ and Bearcarver's and DaveOmak's post, just to name a few, that I decided to say "Hello".
If my wife ever finds out how much I have spent during this year and a half because of things I've read about and seen here on the web site, I will have to permanently log off. New membership to Sam's so I could buy the MES 40 BT, new membership to RD which is free, but will certainly end up costing me lots. Thank goodness I was already a member of Costco.
So much good information, that the learning process is never going to be over. I can say that I learn about something new on here everyday.
I first started smoking back in the mid 80's, but did not really get serious about it until 10 or 12 years ago. I live in northern Virginia, outside DC.
