I am a Conservation Officer from Newfoundland, Canada. Just purchased a new Weber Smoky Mountain Smoker and a used Little Chief Smoker that I plan to use for fish. I am brand new to the art of smoking and just joined this forum as a starting point. From browsing around I know that this might be the only site I will need!!! Loads of info. I plan to use my weber very soon to smoke some ribs or a chicken when I can get enough info on doing it. I am also looking for a few good BBQ sauce recipes.....if anyone is willing to share.
