I Thought I'd share what was for supper tonight, without all the play by play commentary.
You know how to make beans and cole slaw and ribs........ I was just lucky enough to make 'em tonight and I used the MES40, pecan shells in the MES Cold Smoker using the 3 2 1 method.
I am so full, I can't even get excited about a big slice of apple pie with caramel sauce.
Damn life is good!
