So I wanted to reach out to seasoned and veteran smokers about my curing and seasoning process....So I rescued a Deluxe Griller from an untimely demise and purchased a new firebox to add to it....after all my mods i was wondering since I had to deep clean the cook chamber and the firebox is brand new with the oils and such from the factory should I cure them separately and then marry them together and do the seasoning then? Or would i just go ahead and cure and season them at the same time?
