My name is Zach. I live in SLC, Utah. I'm an amateur when it comes to smoking/grilling. Right now I only have a 22.5" Weber Kettle Grill. Steaks are my favorite to dish up, but I also enjoy experimenting with different kinds of hamburgers. I've smoked brisket a couple of times, and also a pork butt. Smoking seems to work out okay when I have the patience to let the charcoal come down in heat. Looking forward to these forums, because any advice/tips to improve on my hobby will be greatly appreciated by me and everyone else who would be eating my food.

Welcome from SC, Zach. This is a great site with lots of folks who are always ready to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading.

Good luck and keep on smokin', Joe
