I have been interested in smoking meats for many years but only recently got serious. I started years ago with an electric Brinkman. I only smoked a couple of chickens. I should say I over-smoked the chickens. By the time I finished, just taking a chicken inside, there was a need for a smoke damage company to do a restoration:-) I am looking forward to tapping into the experiences of this group.

Welcome to SMF budbon!  Glad you are here and looking forward to mastering chickens.  There are plenty of threads that will give you a ton of techniques and recipes for great tasting chicken.

Have fun!
