I have been smoking for less then 10 years. I have a King Griller  that I have been using for 4 years and has worked very well. I have purchased the diffuser plate for smoking,I have also purchased a pizza stone which makes excellent pizzas also. I have smoked fish, spare ribs, back ribs, brisket, sausages and my specialty is pork butt.

A little about me, I grew up in Iowa "go Hawks" then moved to Southwest Michigan for 9 years, moved to Northeast Missouri for 14 years and now in Fairhope, Alabama.

I made 1 smoker about 2 years ago, it worked OK for my first build, it is just to big to be convenient for usage. It is a reverse flow horizontal smoker. It needs just a little tweaking to make it work very well.

I just got done building a vertical reverse flow smoker. It is about the size of a refrigerator. I fired it up on Tuesday for the first time just to monitor temps. I will smoke some leg quarters on it tomorrow for my first cook. It weighs appx 1000 pounds. It is made of heavy gauge steel and is insulated all the way around it.

I will add pictures in a build forum.
