I'm new to pellet smoking, so I would say my skill level/knowledge level is a 0. I just bought the Camp Chef Smokepro DLX. I have had success with the few pieces of meat I have put on it. From what I've seen so far this seems like a forum with a lot of experience and knowledge. I look forward to learning how to get the most out of my smoker.
