Fatty?

Can you put just about anything in a fatty? Never made one so going shopping for one tonight. Any ideas?

Technically you can put anything but I am sure there are things that wont work well. I have done breakfast ones with spinach and cheese and dinner ones with mushrooms, onions, peppers, etc.

Im going to post this week. Doing a turkey in the am going to post that and smoke 15 hours. So cant do both since only 2 of us,but have the ultimate fatty in mind will keep you posted.

Pimentos? Honestly, I've no idea! I was hoping to learn!
Since the meat is already cooked what times/temps do you aim for?
