BBQ Chicken Thighs & Calves on the “Q”
Mrs Bear got a pretty good buy on Thighs & Drums (98 cents), so that became our Supper for a couple nights.
First she Bakes the Chicken Parts for 45 Minutes @ 350°, so they get done on the inside without burning on the outside.
We’ve been doing them this way for many years, and they always come out Awesome!!
If I have the time, I’ll Rub them & Smoke them in my MES, but this method only takes a total of an hour from start to finish.
While I was BBQ’ing the Chicken parts, Mrs Bear whipped up some Mashed Taters & Green Beans, and some Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup for the Gravy. That Soup always goes Great with the Mashed Taters & Chicken!!
It was another Beautiful Sunny Day at the Log Bear Den!!
Thanks for looking,
Bear
