While not original, these were MOST delicious. Suggest dipping in sauce and smoking when the time is right as so much sauce made...skip brushing one side and then the other. Sauce recipe was plenty for 5 pounds. Kept them whole except for un-edible wing tips (smallest part of the third), easier to flip and mange cooking process (rotating), had 16 wings cooking (net 32 pieces).
Was also breakfast the next day at work.
