Hi,my name is Heidi & i'm new to the world of smokers & smoking. I live in RI and have loved grilling all my life. I just bought a charbroil vertical smoker last week and tried using it twice. Both times couldn't even get the temp to stay above 175. Had to finish the meats on my gas grill. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks :)
