Hello all, a little about myself mid 40's. I've been smoking,dry aging and curing meat for about 25 yrs. I hunt and cook for hobbies. I ferment pickles, peppers, sauerkraut, beer and wine. I have a garden and love hot and spicy food. I truly enjoy trying new things and drinking beer!
