So I decided to take my favorite Chinese takeout dish and give it a little grilled American flair.
I started with some bottom eye round sirloin steaks that were marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, Wooster sauce, black pepper, onion, garlic, mustard powder and some ginger.
Steaks were marinated for 2 hours, here is a pic of them off the grill.
While the beef was resting, the broccoli was tossed with some seasame oil, soy sauce, black pepper and ginger. Grilled on high heat for approximately 10 minutes until I got the texture and char I like.
After the beef and broccoli were finished, I mixed together with some quinoa. White and brown rice would work as well but I was trying to put an emphasis on being healthy lol!
I was definitely pleased with the results. It only took minutes to make. A delicious and healthy alternative. Thanks for looking!!
