Just getting started with smoking. I'm a long time griller/bbq person, have done some catering in the past as well.  I've been wanting to build an old fridge smoker for years and have never gotten around to it. Well, I scored one at a garage sale for $75 and she's ready to roll.  I ran her this past weekend, did a chicken a tri-tip, ABT's and a Venison roast and it turned out incredible, especially for a first run.  Anyways, stoked to find this place and looking forward to sharing pictures and learning new things!
