Hello I'm smokyjim...Jim is fine tho. I live in Southern Ontario, Canada. I've got a Weber smoky mountain smoker. I enjoy smoking all different meats & different veggies. I've got a whack of sweet red peppers coming soon. What's a good way to smoke & preserve them ?

Welcome from SC, Jim. You are at a really good site. lots of folks here are ready to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask. I once had a WSM and liked it very much. It was very user friendly and gave me some great cooks. Sorry, but I can't help you with the pepper situation.
