I have a chunk of pork roast and want to try out pulled pork on my almost done uds.

Its almost 4# piece. I hot the uds going this morning although it took awhile to get to temperature. Here's a pityre at 150 degrees.

Were also throwing some drumsticks and sausage on after wrapping:)

The meal was spectacular:) the pork may have gone a tad to long but it was good.
