This year pulled pork is in the comp.

We won the cook-off with the pulled pork sliders.
Put the pork on Hawaiian sweet rolls and gave the judges two sauces......one with a vinegar-based Carolina sauce and the other kentucky bourbon.
Both were served with grilled corn on the cob and of course, onions, jalapenos, and pickles.
