Doing my first ever pork butt. Injected and rubbed last night and threw the 6.5lb baby on the WSM. Ill do update photos throughout the day.

They're both meat probes. It's the Maverick 733.Are you using two meat probes for some reason or did you get them mixed up? The probe you're using for smoker temp is a meat probe.

I'd be careful not to kink that probe cable like it is about 1" below the bottom left corner of the Butt.
