Thanks DS, I really like the pitmasters blend ! I seen your sticks, they looked awesome.... I have an old fridge, hoping one day to do a build.... I did have a cold one or two BTW... :biggrin:

Hey Case, thanks for the comment & point ! More water, :biggrin: ! Ya know Case, that could be that I over cranked but if I did it was not by much at all... everything was going real smooth ! Just dunno..... But I just ordered another stuffer, a Dakotah 5 lb water stuffer !

WHB You do not have to wait till fall, send them to me and I will try them this weekend and next weekend elk hunting then you will have good/bad info for your fall hunt.

Don't know how I missed this one. I've been wanting to do snack sticks for a while, but don't have a stuffer, so I really like the loaf idea.

Great color, and the texture looks nice and firm. Doesn't look like it will crumble and fall apart.
