Ok boys and girls. Just put in my MES30 (4), 28 total pounds of boneless pork butt. Using AMNPS with pecan and cherry pellets. Set the temp @ 230 and having a beer now. Should have about 20ish people tomorrow and pulling at about 2-3pm.

14 hours in and looking delicious. IT at 174. Past the stall. Bumped up MES30 to 245. Shouldn't be long now before I rest it.

Oh yes. Sorry. It was such a busy day yesterday. People were circling the cooler with forks and forgot to post.

All 4 butts were so good. Everyone loved it. Thanks all. I had so much PP, Lol. Have Leftovers after giving away quite a bit.
