Hi all!
Ive been lurking awhile collecting tips.
I live in Fresno Ca, and just bought a MES 30, broke it in with 3 slabs of ribs last weekend, turned out awesome! I am an advid weber kettle BBQ'r, and love to rotisserie on the thing, now i am hooked on smoking, finding myself in the grocery store lurking around the meat! You guys are a great resource, and eager to help, reminds me of the cigar forums!
Im doing a Butt this weekend, and will be trying Bearcarvers step by step! Great to be here!
