So, after researching new hobby ideas for months I came to the conclusion that living in the "Garden State" I should garden. But, that sucked, so here I am. I'm a mediocre cook at best, but I can read and with all your help I'M ready to fire up my Weber Smokey Mountain. I found some great ideas here already and will be ready to post some pics soon.
