Thanks Bear.  You can control the texture you want by the amount of water and time in the Food processor, I try not to use too much water Just watch it and add a little bit at a time till I'm happy

That is some good looking stuff. I have family in flint Michigan and when I was a kid they would come down for the summer and bring ring baloney. I don't remember the name of it but it was the best wish I could could figur out what it was and see if I could make some of that.

Hey Hank,  This is one of the easier things to make.  You don't have to have a suffer, you can do it by hand.  Follow mt recipe and I believe you will be happy.  You can substitute Pork for Beef or make a pork/beef combo    easy easy easy
