I cooked a turkey breast for lunch with smoked green beans dressing and gravey. in the past i always stired away from turkey breast because they always came out dry.  So i thought i would try to brine one this time it was amazing the way it turned out the best turkey i have ever cooked .I used the slaughterhouse brine reciepe.

getting ready to brine over night

after it set in a brine over night it got covered in Cajun

seasoning

in the smoker for about 4 hours took it to 163 deg

when it came out covered it in foil till time to eat

onion green beans and salt and pepper in the smoker

for an hour  will do this again

and here it is all plated up time to eat  (notice we used our
