My daughter came. in from collage today and said she wanted a turkey breast smoked with all the trimmings. Ok we can do that. ( by the way she in culanery school lol) i have iy in a brine and in the frig for over night.
My question is how long do in need to plain on smoking this bird (i will take it to 165 it temp) but i need to know how long per pound to plain on so it will be ready at noon for dinner (lunch for our northern friends)
