Hello, pretty new to the smoking scene, I am looking forward to learning a bunch from you guys. I use a Cookshack Smokette electric smoker. Thanks for having me.

Thanks , since  I made my first successful smoked dinner for the family, (Thanks Jeff ) I have taken interest, I got the smoker as a wedding present back in 1995 so it is older but works great and I am doing some upgrades.i will post pics in the appropriate threads soon
