Smoked a lot of ribs but this my first go at beef ribs. What I thought I ordered over the phone was "Dino's". Unfortunately what my wife brought home were not what I was hoping for. Later found out I should have ordered "un-cut short ribs""

Little rub and wrap overnight, and 3-1-1 smoke the next morning. Generous coating of a cherry chipotle sauce during foil and last hour. Ribs turn out tender and tasty.

BTW - appetizer was bacon wrapped fresh pineapple chunks.
