Just got a Masterbuilt 24" dual-door propane smoker. Have been indirect smoking on my BBQ for many years this is my first foray into a traditional smoking and looking forward to learning more about it. Smoking a Tri Tip and beef tongue today with apple wood at 200 degrees. Already smells amazing. Have been learning a lot from the forum so I figured might as well join! Glad to be here.
