Hi All!

My name is Maria and I live in central Pennsylvania, just outside of State College (any Penn State fans out there?).

I bought my husband a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker for Christmas this past year, and we have loved it so far!  Before we smoke a new cut/recipe, I always check this site for tips, so I figured I might as well join already!

We are pretty new to this, but so far we have smoked:

    - pork tenderloin (was pretty dry, first smoke)

    - chicken thighs (my favorite), finished on the grill

    - pork shoulder (killer pulled pork)

    - ribs (using 3-2-1 method, awesome)

Looking forward to learning more about the art of smoking!
