Oh yeah.  Those chops look mighty fine.

I can't get my MES that hot, without having to call the fire dept, but how long did you cook them for?

Works for me!!

Did you use panko or breadcrumbs?

Looks like a healthier way to make faux fried pork chops.

I don't know what panco is because we don't have it in the UK, but I suppose dipping the chops in beaten egg and then coating them in breadcrumbs will kinda do the same.

They look fantastic I would never have tried "breaded" chops on the Q.

Something else to try.

Yup. Bread crumbs will work. I can't use eggs to hold the breading on so I used oil and the oil helps to fry.

Of course we have panco  bread crumbs available here.

Looks GREAT buddy!  Keep Smokin!

I'l take a plate just like yours---Please!!!Thumbs Up

Second thought make mine with one Chop---I'm still pretty full from Lunch.

Took Mrs Bear to the "Trivet" after my Dr Visit, and I had Fried Oysters (14), Fries, Eggplant, and a Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing---All for $9.95.

I was Stuffed !!!
