So I was fortunate enough to have the day off yesterday, so I went out and got some ribs.  Too bad I was in such a rush I didn't even realize I got spare and baby back ribs, which made for an interesting cook.  I dry rubbed them for a few hours before the smoke with some mustard to hold the spices on.

Smoked them with apple and pecan wood from 225 to 240 till they were cooked.

Then the spare ribs at 5ish hrs (as a note this picture was actually taken after the ribs sat covered for 4 hours, my friends got lost and were late coming)
