Tri tip for dinner

Got a tri tip in the WSM with pecan. Seasoned with SPG. Plan to smoke to 100-110 IT then seat on the gasser.
It will be served with Boursin stuffed shrooms some mashed taters and mushroom and onion.

I agree with the wife the smaller mushrooms are better. I also think the Boursin was a bit to much.
