DS Thanks for the nice words and the point,I appreciate that.I edited the rub to include the Ground Mustard.

 

        Rub Mix
4  Tbs Coarse Black Pepper

2  Tbs  Ground Corriander 

1  Tbs   Paprika

 1 Tbs. ground Mustard

Well sorry for posting this late,had some fishing to do.

Reuben was made for yesterdays dinner.

 

Start Butter one side of the bread,lay it butter side down

Cover the bread with your choice of dressing,I used Horse Radish on mine Thousand Island for the Mrs.

Slice meat as thin as you can.

all built ready for the oven set at 350

Out of the oven

Almost for home made Pickle 

Sliced

Reubens are served

Nice job, I found that its worth the hassle to procure juniper berries, they make my taste buds and budettes sing!
