I felt like doing some kind of meat on a stick on the gasser. Stopped at the store and grabbed some chicken breast and veggies. For the veg I did my normal marinade of olive oil, pepper, garlic powder, salt and onion powder. For the chicken I just used some Avery's marinade for 45 min.

The veggies on the stainless sautée tray which is one of the best investments for a gas grill in my opinion.

Chicken on.

All finished up. Did half with a coat of blues hog sauce and half naked. One hell of a dinner for a Monday night! Thanks for looking!

I would eat that for dinner! I bought a perforated pan like your sheet to do burnt ends in, it was a great idea from another member.

Thank ya!  That is a good idea using it for burnt ends!  I usually just throw my pork burnt ends in a pan but I do believe I will try the sautee tray next time.  Thanks for the idea!
