I have 11 chicken breasts brining/curing, so can't do anything with those until tomorrow. 6 pounds of jerky in the dehydrator, not much to do with that but enjoy the smell. 4 pounds of biltong hanging on the porch, no good there for at least 3 days....
Bored with brisket and ribs, have pulled pork in the freezer, and the wife has poopooed my suggestion of making beer...
Thinking about doing some barbacoa or maybe a stuffed pork loin. Dunno.
