Hello all,

New here and just wanted to introduce myself, I love to BBQ and smoke. And I look forward to chatting with the pit masters on here!
My equipment isn't new or shiny but I enjoy smokin food for my family.

I'm kinda scared of 'Q out of something new and shiny. Ain't broke in good yet.

Ain't nothing better than cooking for loved ones with love. Most import ingredient of all.

Welcome, stay a spell and see the BBQ wonders of the world.....

Everything starts out new like a clean shirt when you pick up a sausey rib. Does not take long to get a dribble down your front breaking it in, that's the way of good BBQ. Once you are dabbling along with it you will find a point to change up your game with something new and bigger. I got started on a kettle then a cheap offset. After that I had to get serious with a 500 lbs offset. Now I am building a mammoth vertical pellet smoker. Just seems to be my bug.
