Howdy, I've been playing with my smoker (Cajun Injector) for a couple of years now. Haven't had a bad thing come out of it yet and hope I never do. I have smoked chickens, pork roasts, and ribs so far. Hoping to learn some great tricks of the trade on here, and I have read a few already.
