Glad to be onboard this forum. Lots of information on cooking meats and maintaining Smokers. I have an electric Masterbuilt that works very well but we want that intense smoke flavor that you get from a Smoker. Bought a Brinkman Offset Smoker from Home Depot about a month ago. Used it for the first time two weeks ago and the babybacks turned out great with that smoke taste we were looking for. Looking forward to learning about what other meats that can be cooked. Thanks.
