Hey smokers, I built my first smoke house awhile back and just dont use it as much as I should. My gas grill is on its last leg and Im thinking about modding my smoke house to double duty as a grill and smoke house. My thought is to get rid of the circle burner below and fab up a normal grill burner or dual burner. I would do this at the big doors height for easy grilling and make a drip catch pan down where the current burner is. I think my smoke house is big enough, whats your thoughts?
