I am going to try the meat loaf tonight.  I need to buy a perforated pan, and use my regular recipe,(3lbs sirloin, ketchup, yellow mustard, onions, garlic, brown sugar, bread crumbs,2 eggs, 1 cup milk, and a pinch of kitchen bouquet.

It will go on my new Texas Brazzo any suggestions.

As far as the pan goes, that pan is just a dollar general pan with holes drilled in it.  I would say the foil thing would work just fine.  We just used that pan so it wouldn't swim in the ridiculous amounts of juice that beast put off.  Good luck!

Great looking meatloaf.  Too bad no leftovers.

Those fries look really good--never thought of that.

Thanks!  After doing it on the smoker it will just never be the same out of the oven!
Both dishes look great. Good motivation to try smoking a meatloaf.
Thanks!  You gotta try it!  One thing my buddy says he does different is instead of using bread crumbs he uses ritz crackers.  Someone suggested that in my other post and when I told him about it he said that is the only way they have ever done it.  Turns out good!

I use a packed of stove top stuffing mix. The dehydrated bread soaks up the meat juice and the spices add a nice flavor.
