I smoke solid cuts of meat all the time (not Colorado style) and love making and smoking sausages as well.  Living near the Indian River Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean along the Treasure Coast, I also enjoy grilled and smoked fish.  If I'm not fishing near home, I spend a lot of time in the Florida Keys.  Happy to be here and hope to contribute a lot.

Hey Sniffdaddy, welcome to SMF!  Glad you enjoy smoking and live in such a fantastic place!  I had a roommate at school whose parents had a place in Vero Beach.  Had some great times there on Spring Break a LOOOOONG time ago.  The beach by their place was pretty sedate but we brought our own party.
