Bored out the holes in the charcoal pan to get more air, worked great, held good temp, almost set it and forget it. Got two and a half hours at 240 with some apple wood to smoke a couple tenderloins, good stuff![IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Looks good. It is amazing how a little know-how can turn an ECB into a great smoker.
