Greetings all... I live in the Tampa Bay area and am in the beginning stages of designing a 250 gallon off-set smoker. I am almost done with the trailer and will be starting on the smoker soon. This forum seems to have a lot of great information on the subject, so I thought I would join! Talk to you soon!
