Hello everyone,
I am justin and I am new to the world of smoking. I love to cook on the grill and always wanted to try smoking. My dad has a MES and makes some great smoked turkey every year. I am 25 and live in Reno. I have a el cheapo charbroil split door smoker I got from wallmart last year tried it once and gave up. Update this year made some mods and smoked my first rack this last weekend see pictures below. Looking to upgrade to a better setup that thing is a pain. I hope to learn lots from everyone and meet some great people on here.
